Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
